Deciphera Pharmaceuticals — tirabrutinib
for relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma
for relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma
Primary central nervous system lymphoma is an aggressive brain tumor that often occurs in people with weakened immune systems. Tirabrutinib is a drug designed to block a specific protein that helps these lymphoma cells grow and survive. By inhibiting this target, tirabrutinib could potentially slow the progression of this difficult-to-treat cancer.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate efficacy and safety of tirabrutinib alone compared with rituximab and temozolomide (R-TMZ) combination therapy in participants with Relapsed/Refractory Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL).
