About
Hemophilia A is a genetic disorder where the blood cannot clot properly due to a lack of factor VIII, leading to frequent and serious bleeding episodes. Denecimig is a bispecific antibody designed to act like the missing factor VIII, bridging two key clotting proteins to help form a stable clot. By mimicking this natural clotting function, it could provide long-term protection against bleeds for people with this condition.
Pivotal trial
The purpose of this study is to find out if denecimig is safe and effective for treating people who have acquired haemophilia A. Participants will be in this study for up to around 1 year and 5 months (73 week).
